Waited two hours (b/c btw sometimes list to 1/2 is 30+ long but not enough tables) - to have them realize I could not play w/o the card b/c even though I was eventually found in the system - my out of town Id was not "verified". Its perplexing this day in age the solution to this stupid problem is to negate play to a reg customer.
Went to the Hard Rock - no need to have a stupid card...15 tables...
