Played here twice. Here is what I noticed.
1. The person running the board is in a different area of the casino and can't see the actual tables or players waiting for the game. This makes it very hard to fill games.
2. There was a long list for 5/5/25plo. Right before they started the game, they switched most of the players to a 1/2/25 list but didn't move some players to that list so they could put vip players ahead on the list.
3. They have no marking next to call ins on the wait list so you don't actually know how many players are on the list.
4. Must sign up for a players card before sitting down and getting dealt in.
5. Players moved to different tables and the floor turned a blind eye until players complained that there table was short handed.
Overall a very bad experience and I don't recommend playing here.
