Played here briefly last week. Casino M8trix is fairly new and a very spacious casino. The poker "room" is an area that's about 1/3 of the casino. There was more room between poker tables than any place I recall playing (guessing they built in planning on more tables). Everything is in good shape, the staff at the desk was friendly. I really liked that they took my phone number and texted me when my seat was ready as a standard practice.
While that's modern and "high tech", parts of the poker experience are a decade or two in the past. The chairs are fixed height and don't adjust. Also they make a new player has to post or wait for the blinds to get a hand. This was common in Las Vegas 10 years ago but every other room has gotten rid of this rule.
In the brief time, the players seemed average to a bit below.
