The poker desk staff are professional and helpful. Most dealers are good, but one dealer this past Sunday was incredibly rude and short with multiple players even though he made multiple mistakes, including one where he made a player show his hand prematurely allowing 1 of his opponents that was pot committed to fold. Didn't catch his name but he said he's worked there since 94 and never plans to retire.
Free tea, coffee. Not much comps besides free parking.
