I really love the people that work at this casino which is why it pains me to write this review... But here it goes
Rake is absolutely highway robbery makes most low stakes games completely unplayable. Unbearable, unbeatable...
The medium games are eh ya rake is still a problem lotta tight players ...
Your only chance to win is in the big games like 20/40$, 5-5$ or 5/10$ really at the minimum and those games are packed with Rock solid professional players...
You better be among poker elites if you're going to take a shot at beating this room and with the sky high cost of living in California good luck... Better have a big enough bankroll to play the biggest games they have with ease.
Wanna know the gods honest truth probably your best chance to win in this poker @#$% is to take advantage of the ONLY perk ANY poker room in California offers with mentioning the fact that you get 3 or 4 free hand before you have to post your blinds...once you post that big blind you just resigned to easily over a 90% chance of being a lifetime loser...
If they kick you out for playing those free hands and nothing else ever shrug your shoulders and give them a thank you cause you were wasting your time anyway... trying to get money out of this room is like squeezing juice out of a turnip.... If you can't play the biggest games in the casino with ease, you'll see big names like Jonny Chan playing games like 10-10$ PLO at the gardens to give you some clue as to how utterly hopeless making money playing poker here or anywhere else in California is... If you think you're better than poker legends like Barry Geeenstein, Chan and Chino Rheem to name a few by all means step up and give it a shot....
if not get in your car hop on a bus or hitchhike to the State of Nevada you'll live a much better life.
Sorry commerce staff but this room is a total deadzone I have absolutely 0 ZERO desire to ever play at again.
