Hands down the worst poker room I've ever played in. I've been there about 8 to 10 times in the past year or so, as I've just moved to SW Florida. Sooooooo unorganized. Every employee is either rude or clueless. The food, most dogs wouldn't eat it. And, the dealers may be the worst, EVER!
I could go on on, but I think you see my point. I was there yesterday, and I will most likely never go back there again unless they are having some incredible tournament - but still, very unlikely.
