Keeping in mind, I have a very small sample size, mostly uneventful, but there is one thing I can't get over. The dealers are hit or miss. A grand majority of the dealers are okay. A few of them will hurry faster than their capabilities and make mistakes, in a tournament is bad, but in a cash game where every chip is literal money, having a dealer miss-read hands at showdown and award the pot to a lesser hand because they're trying to hurry up and get to the next hand (during high hand promos) or to (possibly) try to increase their hourly tips... That's brutal. But I've had this problem at most places I've played at, it's just a fact of life..
But, when I'm sitting at a table, I'm suppose to be able to trust the dealer to make the correct calls.. When I am sitting in a hand with pocket 8s and the board runs out JJx33, and I open fold to a jam.. When the guy that jams on me is surprised I folded a pocket pair and only had ace high, and the dealer says "Well, you would have won anyway because there's already 2 pair on the board", really broke my brain for a long while. I don't know what's going on in the morning, if some of the dealers are just 'on something' or just aren't fully awake yet, or whatever. But, elementary poker concepts should NOT be questionable. That should NEVER be a thing. You can have bad days, you can incorrectly split a sidepot once in a while, that's understandable, but not that.
