Never made it to the room. I was visiting tampa, wanted to try a different room, looked this place up on poker atlas, and gave the poker room a call to see what games they had running, and if I could get on the board. Simple enough...so I thought.
A woman answers the phone and then immediately says "hold on." I guess she intended to put me on hold, but didn't really....because I could hear this woman carrying on a whole personal conversation while I waited. A personal conversation filled with vulgar language.
I'm no prude, but I also don't think that it is too much to ask for people employed in the poker room, who answer phone calls, to...I don't know...prioritize the customers calling in, and answer their questions, over talkink @#$% with your friends.
It is as if they do not realize that we are potential customers, and that we are less likely to patronize your business, if you do not treat us with minimal levels of respect.
Oh well, first and last time I'll try to go to this place.
