Brooklyn Square has an excellent downtown location, lots of parking, and is easily accessed. Once you're inside, the layout is nice. The front desk staff gets you checked in easily, and you don't have any issues finding your table. You pass the full bar on the way to the cage, so it's easy to order your drink and quickly get it after you sit down.
The tables, chairs, and chips all look and feel like they are of high quality. The space itself is clean and well lit. The restrooms are clean and even have amenities like mints, lotions, etc. Lots of tvs on the walls, and they have Sunday Ticket, so all the NFL games were on.
Action at the tables is good. No one really playing ultra tight, and it looked like no one was afraid to gamble a little.
Service staff was fantastic. Cold drinks, efficient service, and lots of smiling faces. Overall, a good place to play poker, have a drink, and watch the games.
Management also takes care of their players. Floor staff make correct, consistent calls and makes sure everyone walks away happy.
