The Downstream Casino and Resort poker room is one of the best poker rooms I've been to. It's undoubtedly the best poker room in the Northeast Oklahoma Casino Cluster. It's a nice-sized room set off from the rest of the casino with sound buffering doors to keep the outside noise to a minimum. It's non-smoking, and has multiple tv's on every wall for keeping up on sports, news and whatnot. The hosts are usually pretty diligent about making sure the patrons are taken care of. They will call the restaurants and go get your food once it is ready. As are the cocktail waitresses. They are all very friendly to the patrons. The cage cashiers and dealers are also very friendly and agreeable. It's mostly 1/2 games and a few 5/10 games each week. They host tournaments throughout the week and they even have a freeroll tourney each week. Lots of variety compared to some others around the area. The only faults this place has is that sometimes when the cutomers are scarce, the hosts will not be waiting at the desk when you come in and you may have to wait for them to come back. I recommend the place to whomever is in the area looking for a good poker site.
