Dealers are phenomenal. Any criticism is nuts or just based on one episode as they are human. Many are from CT casinos and most are true professional dealers. This is the best if not one of the best poker rooms I have ever played in. I Have played almost every room in Vegas and most of the Florida rooms. Arizona, Delaware, st Louis, Black Hawk and Cripple Creek Co. Philly, Chicago, Milwaukee, Minn, California, Laughlin and off course Foxwoods Mohegan and MGM.
I have never waited at encore and They still keep the tables full. Tournaments are just starting. USB ports at each seat. Good chairs great lighting. You don't feel crowded like bellagio or have bad MGT like twin.
Yes they need to work on improving the drink service. Waitresses cover too many tables. But it has improved.
Overall the folks they hired from Ct are the best. Ashley and Claude and Mike and the whole group are at the top for customer experience and skill.
