My local poker room

I enjoy playing here, a good mix of recreational and solid players. Given the mixed skill level, it can be very swingy. Overall, a good social experience, players are generally friendly.

Most dealers are good and keep things moving. Staff in general are helpful, but it can be tough to get a beverage. I don't normally drink alcohol when I go, but alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks generally require a fairly long wait

My primary gripe is that the poker room is now surrounded by dozens of slot machines. Looking forward to returning to the configuration at opening day when there were 88 tables and no slots with the annoying bells and whistles.
