It's a @#$% shame that this was becoming one of the best poker rooms on the east coast prior to the pandemic but now it's just not a good experience. The staff is nice and courteous but it's clear that upper management has NO CLUE how to run a poker room ! Also the most frustrating thing to me which has taken my action to other casinos is the ludicrous cage situation ! You have a limited cage in poker room and no chip runner but they brag they are 5 star lol , there is only one cage and n the whole casino open and the waits are absolutely insulting and frustrating . A simple exchange of chips for cash takes way too long as these @#$% want to confirm where you got the chips, what table you played at. Absolute joke! Then they count the chips 5 times , they run the cash through the counting machine 3 times and hand count another three times then get a manager to double. Nothing is player friendly about this place , it's a shame since it's near my house but it's worth the ride for me lately and go to other casinos . The fact you have to leave the poker room and go wait in n an endless slow line to cash out is infuriating to me and many others I hear daily complaining.
