I have been waiting for the time restriction to expire, so that I could add another review. I previously wrote about my perspective on a negative situation that occurred on my last visit. The situation was resolved promptly and professionally, within a few days after my visit and review. Unfortunately, I was not able to correct the record until now. I did, however, ask Poker Atlas to remove the old review, which they did.
Without rehashing all of the details, there was an issue with my seating, relative to my visual impairment. However, very much to Foxwoods' credit, the Tournament Director reached out to me afterward. We discussed the situation in a back and forth Email exchange. And he made me to again feel appreciated as a customer, as well as to be optimistic that they are always looking to be fair to all of their players. I was impressed that he took the time to do this. He didn't have to. But doing so definitely made me appreciate the professionalism of the management there, as well as the commitment of the organization to take care of their customers and maintain a fair game for all.
It is a great room. There is lots of space. The dealers are great. It certainly has earned its position as one of the very best rooms on the East Coast. I would not hesitate to recommend it. And I will definitely be back.
