I hit high hand told me I was getting a $100 proceed to lose a big hand just to find out I am not getting paid. Bad business Trent, there isn't even a floor manager on duty. Ooo yea and the other day I paid $10 door which they refused to give back when the game only lasted 30 mins.

Hmmm. Everyone else who won a high hand got paid. Can you give us the name of the floor manager and date of this incident so we can look into it? We do show, however a payout everyday since the promotion started. Please advise further.
In reference to the $10, we do not refund entry fees for games breaking quickly as the fee is not tied to the game play. The $10 is for access to the club.
