I have tried giving this place multiple chances and every time it's the same thing. Terrible customer service and no clue how to run a room. This last time I went here I put my name on the list on Poker Atlas and click arrive when I get there. I was not greeted by anybody. When a seat comes up available the floor does not go by the list but yet passes the list and gives the seat to another player who is a regular. I highly recommend not playing here. So many better options available in Houston. Just sucks because this one is so close to the house.

We truly are sorry you had a bad experience. As far as the waitlist issue is concerned we recommend that players not put themselves on the list more than an hour prior to their intended arrival as the software will automatically delete them from the list after 60 minutes.
