I moved to Katy and this Freeroll poker club is the closest one to me. I played there several times but I will never go back to the place. Here is why:
1. $15/hand for NLH and $20/Hand for PLO. This is the place the longer you play, the more you will lose at the end. You just can't beat the rake. In the short term you might win some but in the long run, only the owner wins and all the players will be sad losers.
2. Incompetent dealers and hassling ping girls. You would often hear the ping girls ask/remind the winner to "take care of the dealer". Beside $15/hand for the NLH game you need to tip good too or you have to sit there under the pressure from those girls and dealers. Also the unnecessary talking among them really influenced the game but the dealers and girls don't care either.
I would rather drive 30mins to somewhere else to play.
