The room is not that big, with like 10 tables. It was kinda dark, which I liked. Also, it was located in a central part of the casino, so you could see all the people walk by.
I played the 2-4 and 4-8; the 2-4 was pretty loose, there was only 1-2 locals at the table at time, 2-3 "live ones" and the rest were average to decent. The 4-8 had more locals and wasn't as loose, but by no means a tough game.
The dealers were mostly older men with the exception of a couple of very young ones. They were all good, some were talkative, others not some much. No notable mistakes for a full day of play.
The waitresses were average but they were fast and friendly. They had one waitress for the room which was ample.
The management was average, they handled the list well and filled empty steats quickly. In one instance, a small line had formed behind the potium because the manager was attending to another issue.
There were no comps or high hand/bad beat bonuses.
