Beautiful room. Small but not cramped. A nice little nook/enclave feel. Love the raw umber color scheme with the yellow gold. The cards and chips are spanking new.
Maybe not quite as soft as the strip; more locals 'cause it's downtown, but still plenty of medicore or worse players.
They were sound.
Friendly but they mixed up a couple of order.
Seemed to manage the live games and tourneys well. Quick giving players their checks and organzing the various games, table consolidation, etc.
Just basing this on the editor's review. I didn't look for a comp while I was there. Downtown doesn't appear to be as liberal in their comps as the poker rooms on the Strip.
