The tables and chairs are nice. The atmosphere makes you want to play for hours. My only issue is that it's a little crowded when the room is full.
I have played here a couple times a year for the last 5 years or so and every time I come there are usually a couple good players and the rest are average. I still run into a few beginners every time I go also....that's always nice!
I play around 12 hours every day when I am there. I tend to like the evening shift dealers better than the day shift but that is because they are usually more personable. But they are all friendly and their knowledge is top notch!
I've never had a problem there.
Management Is usually very friendly, remember your name, and make you feel as welcome as possible. A couple times the gentleman at the podium have been rushed and unfriendly but we all have bad days in our job.
I would just like to see a system in place where you were rewarded for the time you play.....longer than 4 hours. Like I said, I play for over 12 hours a day and to only get $10 food voucher is not that rewarding.
