I go occasionally to play at grand villa . When they answer the phone at the poker room , they are so rude and unfriendly . Today I called, I asked my question, said thank you and again click - they just hang up. I arrived today to play and I spoke to that manager and simply said "I called and was very polite , said thank you and you were rude and hung up" he said "too busy " and I said so you don't really care - his response was "yes I do not care". - basic decency and politeness in customer service including casinos is a requirement - this poker room is not attracting business with this terrible rude attitude , other vancouver poker rooms have reasonable polite managers and better choices . Management need to train people to have basic descent behaviour .
