Second visit during a business trip and both times had the same poor experience. Registered for the wait list online only to find I wasn't on the list. First time the floor said it would be 30 minutes, only to wait nearly 2 hours. The wait list in the room does not match what is shown on the app, which leads me to the conclusion the staff doesn't know how to use the app correctly.
Take is very high for zero amenities. No comp time, no table service.
