Absolutely the worst run poker room in the northern hemisphere. Horrible dealers where dealers are consistently making errors, skip player actions, not paying attention to action, betting, etc - and you guessed it; the player pays for dealer mistakes. This is a room that never should of opened until they had their issues settled and staff trained.
They charge a ridiculous rake for a subpar experience. Like a car dealer selling you a Ferrari with a 1.6L Kia engine.
There's only been 10000000 and 1 complaints so far and have I seen any attempt/ improvement by the company - ZERO! I've even had a dealer say it out loud that this is the worst run company.
Why am I not surprised!
