Consistently make errors in rulings. 10% up to $21 per hand rake ( $1 for bad beat). Unbeatable at the low level games. They have a monopoly of all Toronto legal poker rooms so players have no other options. This place would close if it had competition. They charge for coffee, no comps whatever. Below average dealers.
