This place is not like most casino's, the staff is horrible, the dealers actually smell like raw fish. I was an avid fan of Jacks before Hard Rock moved in and made the place horrible!
The promos are horrible, their comps are horrible and they really don't care about the players at all.
Word's of advice to Hard Rock; the customers are who keep your doors open, without the customers, you wouldn't be in business!
