After playing for 11 hours @ 2/5 table. Just like anyone... I became hungry. Unfortunately they do not allow you to order any sort of food at the table. I went to the pizza place, you know the one where you can only order a WHOLE PIZZA, not just a slice or 2, brought my whole pizza back to the table with plenty of plates to share, then only to be told I couldn't eat at the table. I don't understand these rules, it only hurts them in the long run. Action seems to be decent. I think the buy-in could be better or allow you to buy in for at least 70% of large stack.
Promotions desk could use more help, the employee that was helping me thought her weekly plans with another customer, not even in line for promotions were more important than helping me. The only positive at the Promotions counter was, they did match my diamond card from horseshoe.
Not having a hotel onsite hurts then.
