The new poker room in Valley River is beautiful,roomy,convenient but that’s as far as it goes.I know it’s new however they have a sister casino to model after. Now the BAD. The dealers are the slowest in the country. One round we got 4 hands in. Others were better but overall the dealers are clueless. Now the kicker. They allowed a player to retrieve his cards after the dealer had mucked them because he accidentally threw them out face down. Then he starts an uproar and dealer, 2 floor ppl and everyone around him said his hand was dead but he demanded a supervisor and complained until he scared these 21 year old poker supervisor into agreeing with him. Go to Cherokee. Much more professional and that don’t act like @#$%. However the casino floor is nice the food court sucks BUT STAY AWAY FROM THE POKER ROOM UNTIL THEY GET REAL SUPERVISERS.
