High Rake at 10%. Some good dealers but also many inexperienced dealers (witnessed one guy get shorted a card due to dealer's lack of awareness and even with the guy complaining of his lack of card the dealer still didn't notice). It's all we have for the southeast due to COVID (no poker elsewhere within like 300 miles). I hate to be critical but it is very hard to consistently be able to be profitable even for skilled players due to the rake and type of players here. Some fish at smaller stakes, but can't compare to poker rooms out west. It's better than nothing if you live in surrounding states and really want to play live tables, but honestly you are better off playing online or out west. No tournaments at this time and foreseeable future and very few promotions. It does have potential though. If you like Bingo, you will love this place. Sodas and water is free, but due to NC ABC laws, no complementary alcohol. No easy or quick entrance to poker room. You must walk through entire casino to access poker room. I give Caesars entertainment 5 stars but this poker room isn't what you would expect if you are a serious player. Perhaps PLO is a little different for I have only played 1/2 and 2/5 here.
