This place is the worst ran poker room East of the Mississippi. Take away all of the current covid protocol, it still has the worst management and overall worst dealers I've ever seen. Yea it's in the middle of western Carolina but it's no excuse for BS you have to put up with. Duel rates back talk you and scream at you if you ask them any poker questions. no chip runners, can't buy chips from the dealer, the dealers overall suck, there's maybe 6 or 7 good dealer in the hole joint. The game moves so slow. The rake is $8. You're only allowed 10 minutes away from the table or they will bag your chips and remove you from the table, insane! 10 minutes ? Really? It's the Worst customer service I've ever seen. Almost None of the staff actually know the correct poker rules. There will 20+ names on the list and they won't open a table. Then they expect you tip them after they treat thier customers like they're criminals... I've never been some where they repeatedly tell me, if you don't like it, go play somewhere else. Ridiculous.
