First off, I was blown away by this property. I was expecting a second rate Indian casino situation. Not so. This is a sprawling Caesar's complex that is closer to Vegas vibes, perhaps nicer in some respects given the natural light streaming in. Solid food and drink options, Gordon Ramsay, Wicked Weed. Really can't say enough about the property overall.
The poker room is also quite nice. Yes the chairs are a notch behind Vegas level, comfortable enough for now but
do need to be upgraded soon. Every member of the staff from floors to dealers to waitstaff and cage were professional and friendly. Other reviewers were talking about rigged shufflers and calling out female dealers. Give me a break. Everything and everyone was solid.
I will say the rake is heavy. At $9/hand let's just say you should avoid 1/3. Even more so when you consider the too-low $300 max at 1/3 vs $1k at 2/5. That's out of whack. Fact is they're the only game in town and can rake away, so they do.
I don't get to the area often but when I do I'll be stopping back.
