I played there the first time a few days ago and here is my take on the room.
The table is the newer types that include a cup holder. This means the table itself is larger then the older types so there is more room for players.
No complaints about the chairs as they seem good and not the older style ones.
A previous review mentioned players skipping the wait list. CET properties allow Diamond and Seven Stars to move to the front of wait list including the poker list. Been this way for years and most regulars would probably be at least Diamond and that is probably what you are seeing. Diamond has gotten easier to get over the last few years and perks are disappearing so I expect the poker wait list jumping will end sooner or later.
The game I played was $1/2 and it played a little higher than I am used to. The common bet preflop was $12-15 and around 4/5 hands had a flop. When I sat down there were three people with over $1k in chips and the other three had over $500. The seventh person had about $300.
The skill level of the players were higher than I am used to which I like as it makes me pay attention and the risk of getting donked is less. Pots got to be a good size preflop but post flop the betting did not keep up.
