Harrah's North KC poker room is OK if you're in the area and want to play a 1/2 NL game, which is the only game they usually have running. On a few rare occasions, mainly a Friday or Saturday night, they will have a 2/5 game running, or a 20/40 Limit game, but those are rare.
They are hit and miss when it comes to management. My main complaint is that sometimes you can't cash out in the room or buy chips in the room. Instead you have to walk to the cage, which depending on the time of day/night, might be down a level. One employee they have that works the desk on a regular basis, is very slow and at times not very good at this job. Keep a close eye on how much they give you when cashing out chips.
Overall, it's a decent room with typical Total Rewards comp system.
