The room is very small (3 tables), but the tables themselves are nice. They will never get much business w/ MGM Grand next door...unless they build up more.
I took part in their daily 10am $27 (+ $10 addon) tournament. There were 16 players, and the blinds got big after an hour. When it got to the final 5 (top 2 paid), there were 2 players that weren't shy about pushing out other players. The dealers knew the players and didn't say anything. The only reason i didn't say anything is because the primary "villan" was forced to chop when she got down low stack.
I saw the dealers make a few mistakes after I had busted. They weren't good at calling string bets. I also caught the dealer check out winning mucked cards twice. The floor manager warned her, but that pretty much finished the room up for me.
The waitress stopped by twice while I was there...which wasn't cool with me, but the bar is right behind the poker room.
The managers were on top of their game. They knew all the info on the tournament and rules. The only part I didn't like is their willingness to work w/ their "new" dealers. I would prefer for them to be a bit harsher on mistakes, so they didn't happen again.
If you play in their tournament, you get a coupon for free burger & beer (to be used that day).
