I played all up and down the strip on a poker holiday, and found the Horseshoe to be by far the most enjoyable $1/$3 available. Efficient, friendly and welcoming dealers, management and waitresses, lots of easy going players willing to have a chat while playing.
I'm sure if you want to play seriously at higher stakes, or if you want to grind without speaking to other humans, there are better choices. But if you want and enjoyable $1/$3, I recommend the Horeeshoe.
