I've played a fair amount in LA area casinos, but this place has better service and dealers imo than the vast majority of the big name places.
Good mix of nits and action players, young and mature.
Players are friendly, no jerks or funny stuff that I have seen so far. Service is good and they are very welcoming to new players. Good hourly deals for morning players. Decent promos.
No complaints per se, other than not having a lot of games. But that's an El Paso vs LA thing and they have more games than any other place I know in El Paso. And there are enough tables where the waiting isn't bad. I've never waited more than 10 minutes to get seated.
