I would give this room a zero out of 10. The management stinks they are severely understaffed Waited 3 hrs on a list on a Wed. night because they keep breaking tables instead of opening more. When I get near the top of the list they break another table and all those left at that table go on list in front of me and the process repeats. I thought when I was here on a Sat last month I waited 4+ hrs for a table because of "dealer shortage " I figured it was possible. However if you can't solve that issue once it's been identified within a couple months, you probably shouldn't be in charge of a casino. This is clearly an establishment that should make a decision, either you want a poker room or you don't. If it's going to run like this, shut it down!!! This just reinforced my decision to drive the extra half hour to a far superior room, and will do so from now on. If your a serious player stay away from this property!!! Terrible terrible terrible
