You run an semi-large event, you should plan to have enough dealers. We are two hours into the tournament and dealers haven't rotated. There has been 7 people sitting at a cash game table not being able to play. The list of alternates in the tournament is growing longer.
They have a poker atlas system but don't seem to be using it. You pay at the cage for the tournament but walk over for a guy to write your name down. People are complaining to the guy at the desk and he just continues to say I'm not the director he is over there dealing.
This place won't last.

The tournament itself ran smoothly. However, we do apologize if there was an alternate list. Due to the event's popularity, we had many players show up, yet we were able to accommodate all, and the tournament ended up being a great event.
