I've played at a few clubs around town and this place definitely has a solid tournament structure. Many clubs have upfront add ons that puts players at a huge disadvantage if they don't choose to add on upfront causing massive rebuys. Over here everyone starts with an equal amount with the option of on add on at break.
I felt very safe walking in the building as you're greeted by security who puts a wand to you.
People complain about the membership fee like its not a thing everywhere else. Literally every club in town i've been to charges this fee as it requires this to uphold their "private member club" status which makes poker legal here.
To tag on to that every club charges $10-$15 an hour so this is nothing new. I feel the people complaining about this have never played legal poker in the state of texas and have only played home games and in Vegas.
I have not yet played cash at this establishment but I plan to in the coming future. This is a new club and i know they will continue to expand and add new features as there is ample room to add more.
Great job guys.
