I am a 52 Social player now simply because Prime has never understood good customer service.
Don't get me wrong, some of the people there are fantastic but the overall culture at Prime feels like get me in, get my money and move on to the next one.
I love 52 Social. Its not the nicest room in town but it is the perfect place for me.
