First time to The Lodge and we will be back! I found the room comfortable, no smoking, most people are not drinking and free coffee/water/sodas. The dealers are great and seem relaxed because they seem to enjoy being there. Besides the dealers, I dealt with Tanner the chip runner at cash tables, he was a very pleasant young man and was working really hard! He got me chips when AA busted 2 hand, chipped me up when I hit a few large pots, took trash from my hand when I was looking for trash can and asked me several times if I had questions or needed anything.
I also have to mention Safria at front desk! She was handling large crowd with a smile and never seemed to miss a beat along with the other girls!
My last day I played a little cash and was happy when the floor gave a very loud player at next table several warnings, maybe more than I would have, but did ask him to leave. He was not being mean or anything but was distraction for other players. They could have left him at table but asking him to leave shows they care about all players there and not just their local player that was loud.
