I've only been twice, enjoyed the atmosphere, I'm personally not being serious or competitive yet, but it's nice. It's different from house games, very well organized, employees are professional and kind with a few tweaks to the cash games that keep people engaged. They switch out dealers maybe in 30/45 minute intervals, have on site security who even walked me to my car. It's safe, no intimidation, some aspects I wish they would altar like the $12 an hour seat charge for cash games. I understand the reason for it, but to me personally $10 sounds better because I was first put off by the seat charge at first. However, they do a lot of giveaways and tournaments, I think they are a little too generous with the amount of times people can buy back into them though, but that's what makes the place enjoyable for a lot of people. It's clean, sanitary, the bathrooms are clean which is a huge plus, and they have a lot of TV's. I wish there was like a lounge area to take a break from playing, but there is a bar with bar stools, and I've seen a sofa or two too. It's just not clearly stated if it's a place to lounge for a bit, so instead of taking a break and debating if I want to buy back in I just leave because I feel awkward not knowing what I can do while I debate over it.
So it's a nice place inside, parking lot wise it's a bit crowded and the shopping center looks a bit dark or not such a great place at night. However the people are nice and welcoming, so I suggest you give it a try for yourself.
