Had a brand new dealer at my table who could barely pitch the cards. More than 50% of the hands he dealt ended up in a misdeal. Made a mistake on every hand preflop. Not sure what they check for when hiring, seems like it was just a pulse. Easily the worst experience I've ever had in a poker room.
