-The rake is extremely high with no comp package
-no auto shufflers
-dealers seem to hate their lives, and hate yours too
-extremely unprofessional management
-only one or two waitress on staff, faster to leave the table and walk to the bar down the hall and get a drink yourself
-HIGH level of collusion
-there are one or two "expensive looking" tables with USB plug ins but most of the table look like they came from Walmart.
The poker chips are disgusting with layers of grime on them you could scratch off with your fingernail if you felt inclined. The cards are good, they seemed to be a lot of "marked" cards when I played so maybe they don't replace decks long term, just temporarily when a player notices a card is marked.
Overall: this is not a casino level poker room as much as they try, its a poker club house that is open to the public. A club house where regulars are treated preferentially by management in regard to how they behave at the tables (allowed to berate unknown players, talk about their hands, fold out of turn, bet out of turn) all things that should result in a penalty are jokingly brushed aside because its "Mike" or "Joe" doing it. If you want a back room experience where you could be hustled by colluding players or you are a colluding player you will love it here. I'll stick to big casinos with real GTD tournaments.
