I recently wrote a poor review about this poker room. While that night did not change, and I am still in strong disagreement with how the floor manager and dealers handled it, The Director of Poker Operations Immediately addressed the issue with me personally. He assured me this type of behavior would be addressed and guaranteed it would not occur again.
I am not able to comment on the review or change it in any way, but want to be sure that I also discuss the prompt, corteous and attentive way in which the issue was addressed with me directly.
