The floor and the dealers make the room. They're courteous and professional and I've watched them go out of their way to accommodate new players. The drink service is good and they had someone offering massages if that's your thing.
The atmosphere isn't going to blow your mind. There's a bingo hall vibe (in fairness the room is located next door to a bingo parlor so it makes sense) and the table felt, decks and chips take some time to get used to. If you're color blind you might be in for an adventure with the $1 and $5.
All in all if you want a laid back place to play some cards this is a good spot.
