I enjoyed playing here very much until last night, when I experienced what was the worst handled night of poker. A) drunk belligerent customer allowed to continue because he was known to staff (he was both physically and verbally belligerent) he was only given a one round penalty after the entire table asked the floor to take control when 3 dealers in a row did not..
B) a customer twice during the evening asked for a table shift because we were not "square" to the table and she was coming in physical contact with a player, and was denied the first time (with people).
C) the second complaint to square up came with 6 people at the table, but the dealer clearly had a history with this woman, and dismissed it as her losing chips. He should have been lifted from the table but was allowed to continue dealing.
Now I should probably have just gotten up and left, but I did not, and let it influence my play. But I too made a mistake which cost me my chips as a result.
I will likely never go back.
