This is a gorgeous room. Just off the race and sports book area. They keep the areas exceptionally clean. The chips were the cleanest I've seen in a room besides the Palms.
There are some local regulars and lots of tourists. Lots of them do the normal novice stuff such as call any A, K, Q, J to at least the turn with no improvement, which is not such a bad thing! hehe
These were hands down the best dealers I've seen in Las Vegas so far. Most of them introduced themselves, asked if there was anyone new to the room, and would run down the rules and bonuses while shuffling for anyone who was new. Good personalities and I saw no mistakes in 7 hours of playing.
This was the slowest service I've seen so far in Vegas. First 2 drinks I ordered took 25 and 30 minutes respectively to recieve them. The waitresses were friendly and attractive. The orders were correct. Those are the reasons I can upgrade this from a 2 to a 3 rating.
Seems management was on top of things. They had 2 brush people seating, taking names, and running chips for people. I feel sorry for these employees as the setup they have for them is a little desk on the rail at the entrance to the room with 20 people all shouting things to them. They do a fine job with questions and are very personable.
They have high hand jackpots for any 4 of a kind or better, but that is all I saw. No food, no bad beats, ect...
