They are the only poker game in town so they have developed a take it or leave it attitude towards customers.
Expect to get a warning button or two (or more) for the slightest infraction during tournaments.
If you are looking for a fun and friendly game you should look elsewhere. The dealers and management have become rigid and keep players securely under their thumb.
The tournaments are often capped and leave alternates to die on the vine rather than opening an additional tournament table. I have seen as many as 11 customers shut out of tournaments which at $120.00 buy-in substantially reduces the prize money.
Individually I like the dealers but as a group the rigid adherence to the rule mentality sucks the fun right out of the poker playing experience.
