Let's get the amenities out of the way. There have been none since covid. To get coffee, you have to go across the street to 7/11. There are some restaurants in the area, but you might as well bring a bagged lunch like it's high school.

There's a decent mix of action players, tags, and stations, but it depends on the day. There's a lot more action in the 2/3/5 games vs the 1/2/3 NL holdem games. Busiest I've seen the place is Friday nights. Saturday afternoons haven't come close to recovering from covid.
