Since Poker House was shut down, I have been looking for a new spot to play regularly. I tried TCH Dallas, and everything is aged and the environment is not really my speed. Too casino-y and uptight.
I stopped by Peaks on a Friday night and knew right away this was right up my alley. The $1/2 was great action, there was a $5 Bomb Pot table running most of the night, and the $5/10 game was insane (there may have been $50k+ on the table and 50+ Tequila Shots on the rail!)
